Planning a team event shouldn't be a second job

You know the drill: one activity, a separate restaurant, a headcount spreadsheet, and somebody asking whether it can be expensed. We take care of everything: the experience, the food, the drinks, and even transportation if you need it. After a quick call or email exchange, it's done.

Your team plays in our technology-heavy escape rooms, with six games at this location, including a 90-minute experience. Then everyone unwinds in our bar and lounge downstairs. Difficulty is adjustable, so first-timers and seasoned players can enjoy the same night. Groups of 30–60 are our sweet spot; up to 100 can be hosted in a rotation format.

We're right next to the entertainment, fashion and financial districts, a block from Nathan Phillips Square, and easy to reach on the TTC. Book as a holiday party, a quarterly kickoff, or a team-building welcome for new hires. Ask us about two complimentary tickets (an emailed gift certificate) so you can try the venue first.

What event planners ask before they book

The short version of what we get asked by HR managers, office managers and EAs.

Isn't an escape room just a short activity? What does the rest of the night look like?

It's a full evening in one venue. Your group plays the rooms, then moves to our licensed bar and lounge for the food and drinks we've arranged. One booking covers the activity, the food, the drinks and the space, so there's no restaurant to find afterwards.

We usually plan these ourselves. Why hand it over?

Because it's quicker for you. After a quick call or email exchange we take care of the experience, the food, the alcohol and even transportation if you need it. An event planner is available to talk through options, and we can send a brochure and a short video if you need something to share with your team.

Can you handle our group size and a mix of experience levels?

Groups of 30–60 are our sweet spot, and we can host up to 100 in a rotation format. The rooms have adjustable difficulty, so first-timers and seasoned players both have a good time, and we have a range of themes to choose from, so you can match the night to your team.

What will this cost us, and are there extras?

No minimum spend and no added service fee. Tell us your group size and we'll price it out on the call. It's also an easy team-building line item to get approved.

What if our plans change?

We offer a full refund with 24 hours' notice, and full store credit with less than 24 hours' notice (food excluded). Food cancellations need one week's notice, so we recommend locking in your headcount early.

Can we try it before we commit?

Yes. Ask on the call and we'll email two complimentary tickets (a gift certificate) so you, or you and a colleague, can experience the venue first.
